Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. The service
Abey Chal Na helps people find others whose everyday commute may fit theirs. It is a matching and coordination tool. We do not operate rides, take payments for rides, or guarantee that any match will become an arrangement.
2. Your account
You must sign in with Google and provide accurate commute details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the information you share with other users after you connect.
3. Meeting and travelling with others
If you connect with someone, you decide whether to travel together. Use your own judgement, share contact details only when you are comfortable, and follow applicable road and safety laws. Abey Chal Na is not a party to any arrangement between users.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate others, harass anyone, scrape data, spam connection requests, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted. Matching quality depends on the commute information people provide and on map routing data from third parties.
